this isn't just any salad

Eating at Benson everyday is so boring to me, and i always get the same food over and over! So, i go down to the cellar and get a few things and cook something up in the one of the kitchens in my dorm. The cool thing is, besides not having to go to benson, is you get to have fun cooking up something creative with your friends(plus in any recipe you can always add your own little flavor). Above is a salad i saw on Food Network that looked and sounded delish! This Spring Chicken Salad is easy to make, seems pretty inexpensive, and is filled with protein, carbs, and veggies. Plus, it takes a totally of 20 minutes to cook!
The salad contains romaine hearts, red-skinned potatoes, chopped chives and tarragon, greek yogurt, chicken, cucumber, radishes and bell peppers! Also, you can put in salt, pepper, and olive oil. the fun thing about salads is that adding your own veggies and extra spices and flavoring only makes it better. I would suggest adding more protein for energy, and even some fruit to add a sweet taste, but one thing to watch out for is not overdoing your salad and adding too much flavor.
