Tamarind lentils and mashed sweet potatoes

This weekend I made a delicious meal of tamarind lentils over quinoa, mashed sweet potatoes and delicious rye bread. The recipes for tamarind lentils and mashed sweet potatoes were really delicious and not too hard to make! The whole meal took about 40 minutes and most of that was waiting time.
