Benson Tips- Making Friends

You what sucks, being a cook and not being attached to your food. Cooking is a way for someone to express their feelings, so that someone can taste the passion in their food. As SCU students, we tend to forget that the people working hard to prepare our food are exactly that, PEOPLE. Talk to the Benson staff, look at their name tag, , and thank them. Getting to know who makes your food can be awesomely beneficial. I know that Jose makes the best omelets. Because I talk to him, I know that he's not just making an omelet, but he's making an omelet for me. Get to know your chefs guys, they want to get to know you too!
