Who doesn't like grilled cheese? It's basically one of the best things ever invented, and it's SO easy to make! You can use all different kind of cheese and throw in stuff like bacon to make it even more tasty. I was on StumbleUpon a while back and came across The Grilled Cheese Academy that had lots of interesting ideas. I posted the link to my brother's Facebook wall informing him that when I come home again he will most definitely be making at least two of these for us to enjoy.
Lauren and I have already decided that once she returns from Amsterdam we will be having weekly grilled cheese night and making something new every time. Jealous? You should be.
