Perfect way to beat the college heat.


Something I plan on trying at some point in the next insanely hot week: iced coffee with espresso icecubes. I stumbled across this recipe via Tumblr, and immediately started drooling. What better way to get my coffee fix without overheating in the midday heat? I honestly think it would be completely worth it to walk into Mission Bakery and ask for 6 shots of espresso, fill up part of an icecube tray in my freezer, and pour a caramel macchiato over. The result will no doubt be rich, refreshing, and oh-so lovely and caffeinated--in other words, perfect.
