Wanna know why pork chops are the greatest?

It's because you can prepare them like a MILLION different ways. Fried, as seen in the completely unhealthy dinner above, is one of my personal favorites.

The prep work is really easy for these: in one bowl whisk together an egg or two and some milk with salt and pepper, and in another bowl have your bread crumbs. Dunk in the egg mixture, then to the dry mix, then into the frying pan with HOT oil. If you get the thin chops they should cook fairly quickly, but be careful about UNDERcooking. That's never a good thing.

Add some homemade mashed potatoes and some sort of vegetable (clearly that's corn) into the mix and you've got a delicious dinner.

Watch for splattering oil! Enjoy!
