Being in college, we don't always have extra money to spend going to restaurants on a regular basis. A good way to get a great meal and a great deal is to sign up for Groupon. Groupon essentially sells daily deals in different cities all across the United States. To get on their email distribution list, you simply go to Groupon's website (www.Groupon.com) and create an account, which only takes a couple minutes. Then you select the cities (as many as you would like) that you would like to be notified of deals in. Then everyday there is a discounted option to purchase. For example, a couple weeks ago, there was a Groupon for The Counter. The offer was that you could spend twenty dollars to get a forty dollar voucher to The Counter.

What makes Groupon so amazing, is how efficient of a system they have created. When you buy the voucher or giftcard, you don't have to pay any shipping and handling because you simply recieve an email containing the giftcard and you only have to print it out or pull it up on your phone when the time comes to present it to the vender or restaurant.

Regardless of how often you dine out, I would recommend signing up for Groupon so that you can keep an eye out for the perfect deal to come along!
