Kobe Japanese Sushi Restaurant

Kobe Japanese is located a mile or two down the El Camino. It unfortunately isn't within walking distance, but it's definitely worth the trek. Kobe offers affordable, fresh sushi and also has a huge selection of teriyaki and other Japanese dishes.

My favorite thing about Kobe is that you can go there without other sushi lovers. My problem with other sushi restaurants are that if you are the only person in your party dining on sushi, you have to commit to a roll or two so you end up with twelve pieces of the same thing, which lacks variety. At Kobe, sushi boats travel around the central table in the restaurants featuring different rolls of only a couple pieces. Not only is it helpful to physically see what the roll looks like in front of you, this also allows you to order a variety of different rolls and pieces of sushi without spending a ridiculous amount of money and ending up with more food than you could possibly eat.
